Well, I finally decided to finish this. 
It's changed a little over the period of time of drew it - I first started while I was doing Zack's Eye, but I stopped for a while because of uni and stuff. I swear he looked more evil earlier on, I dunno, something about changing the length/position of his eyelashes. Also, getting the right skin hue was, as always, a chatag.
I've also noticed that each of my successive eye drawings have been acquiring greater chunks of eyebrow.
Edited a little with Photoshop 5.0, had to fix up the fading border and such.

Sephiroth and his body parts belong to Square Enix, although I like to borrow them occasionally xD
